Agreement
These terms govern your use of PDFeather ("the App"), published by Central Park Limited. By downloading or using the App you agree to them. The App is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies in addition to these terms.
Licence
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
Your Content
You retain all rights to the documents you create or edit with the App. Processing happens on your device; we neither receive nor claim any interest in your files. You are responsible for the legality of the documents you process and for keeping your own backups.
PDFeather PRO
Some features require the PDFeather PRO upgrade, sold through the App Store. Prices are shown in the App before purchase. Where PRO is offered as an auto-renewing subscription, it renews automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends, and your Apple ID is charged on renewal. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple ID account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies; we cannot issue them directly.
Passwords and Encryption
The App can protect a PDF with a password you choose. That password is not stored, transmitted or recoverable by us. If you lose it, the file cannot be recovered by us or by anyone else. Keep a record of any password you set.
Acceptable Use
Do not use the App to process content you have no right to process, to infringe anyone's rights, or for any unlawful purpose. Do not use it to interfere with or attempt to compromise any system.
Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every document conversion will preserve every element of the original. Verify important documents after editing.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Central Park Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes and Termination
We may update the App and these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. We may discontinue the App at any time. You may stop using it at any time by deleting it.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Central Park Limited is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and without limiting any consumer rights you have under the mandatory law of your country of residence.
